Some Energy Assessors may be on a membership package that requires them to purchase lodgement credits before the report can be lodged. This allows them to keep a clear eye on the amount of money being spent.
To purchase credits, you need to look at My Account in your iQ-Energy menu, and select My Lodgements:
You will see a display showing the current credit balance on the account; pressing the Buy Lodgements button at the bottom allows you to buy more:
The process from there is very simple:
- Choose the region for the credits you wish to purchase;
- Select the number of credits you wish to purchase;
- Choose the type of credit;
- Pay.
It's a simple as that.
